Hotel Information

Our meeting will be held at Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, Montana—offering comfortable, lodge-style accommodations with modern amenities and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Whitefish and a short drive from Glacier National Park, the lodge provides a relaxing and professional setting for networking and collaboration. On-site dining and spacious gathering areas make it an ideal location for both formal sessions and informal conversations.

Registration

1. Registration Options (Required)

Start by selecting your registration ticket. You’ll have the choice of:

  • Meeting Registration Only
  • Meeting Registration + Award Banquet/Auction Ticket (includes drink tickets, reception, and awards banquet for the MWPA on Thursday, September 18. Open to all attendees.)

2. Optional Add-On Activities

Below the registration section, you’ll find optional activities you can add to your registration. These are separate from the main meeting registration and have additional costs.

3. Confirm Your Attendance (No Cost)

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see options to sign up for Friday, September 19 events . These are included in your registration but require you to confirm attendance by your selection.

  • Golf Scramble- SOLD OUT

    Wednesday, September 17
    11 am – 3 pm
    Whitefish Lake Golf Club

    The event will take place at the Whitefish Lake Golf Club. There are a total of 32 spots available, and the registration fee includes a cart and green fee. It will be a scramble-style event with the first foursome beginning at 11:32. Registrants need to check in with the pro-shop at least 1/2 hour prior to tee-time.

  • Red Bus Tour- SOLD OUT

    Wednesday, September 17
    1:15 pm to 5:00 pm
    Glacier National Park

    Shuttle departs at 1:30 PM from the Apgar Visitor Center. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Attendees are responsible for being at the pick-up location on time.

    This tour begins in the great cedar and hemlock forests that lie within the Lake McDonald Valley. You will traverse the famed Going-to-the-Sun Road to the high alpine region of the park and stand on top of the Continental Divide. Discover incredible mountain ranges, glaciers, waterfalls, and wildflowers along the way as your Red Bus glides along the glacially carved Garden Wall.

    October tours are weather and road condition-dependent. Approximate return time: 5:00 pm.

    *Please note that attendees will either need to have a park pass or purchase one at the entrance of Glacier. The pass is not included in the purchase price.
